How does the ordering process for my NFC card work?

After you pay for your card online, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then discuss the details of the content and design of your card with you, depending on whether you ordered an Essential, Classic, or Premium Edition. After that, we will print the card for you and your colleagues and send it to your address. The cards are directly linked to your digital business card by us.

How long does it take to receive my NFC business card?

How do I share with devices that do not have NFC functionality?

On plastic cards, your personal QR code is printed on the NFC business card and can be scanned with the camera of older devices such as the iPhone 5S. Your digital business card will open as usual. You can also share the QR code directly from your profile. To do this, click on the "share" icon on the profile picture.
Most newer smartphones now have an integrated NFC function, which allows the NFC business card to be read easily.

The recipient's NFC function is not activated.

No problem with plastic cards! We equip plastic cards with your personal QR code, which the recipient simply needs to scan, and your profile will appear.

Do I need a digital business card for my NFC business card?

Yes! We link your digital business card with the NFC business card.
You can use our digital business cards for up to 10 team members for free under the Free Plan. After your order, you will receive an email with all further information.
If you want to use the NFC business cards without our digital business cards, please contact our support team before placing your order.
